Modern Slavery Statement

Cyber Sense Modern Slavery Statement

Purpose

Cyber Sense Limited is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chain. We recognise our responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of slavery, servitude, forced labour or human trafficking.

Our Business

Cyber Sense Limited is a UK-based cyber security consultancy providing professional services to public and private sector clients. Our work is delivered entirely through digital means, with all staff and contractors working remotely. We do not manufacture, distribute, or handle physical goods. Consequently, we assess our exposure to modern slavery risk as very low.

Our Approach

Although our risk is minimal, we are committed to maintaining ethical standards throughout our operations by:

  • Working only with reputable clients, suppliers and contractors who share our values.

  • Conducting proportionate due diligence when engaging new partners or suppliers.

  • Ensuring all staff and contractors are aware of this statement and how to report any concerns.

Reporting Concerns

Any employee or contractor who has concerns about modern slavery in our business or supply chain should report it to the Managing Director. All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly.

Review

This statement is reviewed annually and updated if necessary to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements.
